I'm not seeing the global defaults editor icon on my modules

    I installed WordPress yesterday, and the Divi theme and a pre-made template today.
    It is being unresponsive to changes I make in the Divi Theme Customizer.

    Also, I'm not seeing the global defaults editor icon anywhere.

    I tried a restart, should I re-install Divi?
