Solved Image loading before actual image loads in global header

When I go to any page on this website https://mohinichatlani.com/ an image with a white background briefly loads before the desired image loads.

It uses a layout created in the Divi library.

This seems to be the html causing the problem:

I don't know how to remove it.

This was a pre-loading problem, and is resolved now.
