Import function not visible

    From the DIVI library selecting the Import & Export function, the pop-up appears without the Import function, as you can see from the image I enclose.
    Can someone help me ?

    One of your plugins is conflicting with Divi. You can try to disable your plugins one by one & see which one is causing such issue.

    Thanks, the plugin that conflicted with DIVI was the Google Drive WP Media version 2.4.4; it is information that can be useful.
