For header
1. Go to WP Admin > Divi > Divi Library > Manage Categories
2. See if you have the below category:


3. If not, create one with the above details.
4. Lastly, go to Divi Library to find your desired custom header layout & add the above category in it.

1. Go to WP Admin > Divi > Divi Library > Manage Categories
2. See if you have the below category:

Misunderstood your question.

From what you said, I never heard of such issue before. The only time where it doesn't appear is because you have the same name in Divi Library.

If that's not the case, kindly share with us your .json file & we will try to upload it in our demo site & see if it works.

**Do note that this is not an issue with our plugin. Our plugin did not alter Divi Library import / export in any way.

 

I tested to import your .json file & it works. I got the below Divi Library items similar to your previous screenshot:

Tested the new .json & I got it imported well as well. I got 1 item in it: Header & Navigation Style 7

As stated previously, if you have the same name Header & Navigation Style 7 in your current Divi Library, then the import will not work.
