in divi form builder chancing color in dropdown field

    I want a dropdown in Divi form with four answers: Alert, Verbale, Pain, and Unresponsive, and I want the color to change. If the answer is Verbale, the color should be orange, and if it's Pain or Unresponsive, the color should be red. Is that possible, and what code should I use? Also, where should I add it in the form

    is there anyone can help me?
