Individual CSS disappears on blog and portfolio pages

    Dear Divi Community,

I'm contacting you regarding a display problem on our website. On a regular basis, the individual CSS of our blog posts is loaded incompletely/incorrectly or is reset - a faulty layout is the result.

We could already find out that clearing the “Static CSS File”-Cache leads to a temporary solution of the problem, but only for a short period of time (couple of hours/days). The problems occur again and again (without us logging into the backend or making any adjustments). The same happens when we de- or activate any plugin.

We have also tried to disable the “Static CSS File”-Cache and activate the plugin “WP Super Cache” instead. But even then, the problems described above occur.

In “Safe Mode” the problems also occur, so we can exclude that the problem is caused by one of our plugins. The system status is fine.

Note: The problems already occurred with older Divi and WordPress versions.

Do you know what could be the cause of the display problems?

We would be very pleased to receive your feedback.

    With kind regards
    Michael

What if you disable both cache plugin & static CSS file cache?

Or perhaps there might some custom CSS error on your site.

You may try to temporarily remove the custom CSS at WP Admin > Divi > Theme Options > Custom CSS & see if it works. If it works, perhaps there's some error in your custom CSS.

Another place with custom CSS is at the page settings when editing a post / page in Divi Builder.
