Solved Install Step 9 Import Customizer Settings Hanging

    Hi, the backup downloads, and then the import box hangs on 1%

    It's been hanging for 10 minutes now... "import time remaining 1 min"

    If I kill this, how can I tell if it was successful or not please?

    Is this a known issue?

    Hi, anyone else with this problem:

    I clicked the X (cancel) button after 12 minutes, and carried out step 10 and activated Divi Ultimate Plugin.

    Then I went back to step 9 but I DID NOT check the backup checkbox (because I had already downloaded backup on previous attempt).

    This time it worked in about 10 seconds!
