Intermittent error on website

    Good Day.

    I've recently started using DIVI and have assisted a friend with his website. I have recently been running into a problem where it will randomly show the error in the picture below.

    Please advise on how to resolve this?

    I have very basic knowledge on web development.

    Few things to try:
    1. Update Divi & Wordpress to the latest version & clear your cache & see if it works.
    2. If not, try to enable Safe Mode & see if it works: WP Admin > Divi > Support Center > Safe Mode > Enabled.
    3. If still not working, then try to fulfill the server requirements in WP Admin > Divi > Support Center > System Status.
