Sorry about that, see 2 attached images ,one from the main menu on any menu item in the primary header and the second showing dropdown after clicking in that dropdown menu onto any product/category item, i would like the second image dropdown on the mega menu to be constant thro the site.

Also i attached the mobile menu,i have it set to centred,i would like to place a search bar in the header or somewhere where it would not show on the desktop,i tried putting a search widget in the main pages but it will not hide on the desktop ticking visilbilty on the widget settings didnt work ,in addition on the buy products on the drop down it shows a plus sign to activate the menu drop downi would like the "Buy products" text on that menu to activate dropdown as well ,
    Many thanks

Try the below CSS instead in Divi > Theme Options > Custom CSS:
    Code:
Log In or Sign Up to view this code.
The 'centered' header format doesn't have search in it. You will need to choose other header format: Theme Customizer -> Header & Navigation -> Header Format -> Header Style

If you choose slide in / fullscreen, then the search bar will be in the overlay menu. And the collapsible will work the way you want it.

Currently, you're using other custom code to do the collapsible menu. You will need find other custom code that allow collapsible menu without parent link clickable.
**But if you choose to use Slide in / Fullscreen header format, then you don't have to do anything else.

Many thanks for you help on that,

Is it possible to put time and date live on the header, nothing fancy just for example 13.15pm 1/02/21

You might want to look for plugins that provide shortcode for current date & time. For example: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-date-and-time-shortcode/

Then insert the shortcode in a text module to display it.

    Hi

advice please, some, not all, of my product pages on mobile phone view(btw,.mobile view on desk top shows header background) are not showing the header background colour,i looked at the page settings on those product pages checked the header settings(set to global) ,updated anyway ,and no change, then checked background settings on the header and nav divi library and updated,no change.

I then noticed a common denominator on the product pages not showing the background ,in "edit page" the "divi builder" was not in use, however when I then "use divi builder" on that product page, update and check the mobile, the header background was showing corrected.
i also notice that when i "copy product to a new draft" the header background is missing, as the "use divi builder" as not been opened on that product page,it almost like an activation of the builder,is that right?

I would rather not to go through every product page,"using the builder" is there a quick fix?

I am using the Classic editor plug in would this cause the problem? and classic editor is not enabled on the divi options seetings

    I attach screenshots,

    Many Thanks

Most likely it's the Divi static CSS file cache issue. Try to clear the cache & see if it works: WP Admin > Divi > Theme Options > Builder > Advanced > Static CSS File Generation > Clear

If still not working, then try the below CSS in Divi > Theme Options > Custom CSS:
    Code:
Log In or Sign Up to view this code.

This fixes the header however the slide in menu dropdown has not changed to the same setting as the main header/categories setting colour
    Any ideas

Seems to works fine now. Perhaps you cleared the static CSS file cache.

I did not use the CSS,for the background, instead after some head scratching, i saved the background to the default on the global setting in the module, and change the dropdown menu background to the darker blue on both mobile and desktop and it appears to be ok,i have a child theme ,i am assuming updates on divi will not effect these settings,i do prefer to use the divi settings rather then CSS unless no choice,

keep up the good work! many thanks

Yup. Updates will not affect those settings.
