    Hello,

1 / We have problems displaying the header on mobiles.
We have applied a style that appears well on the desktop.
We have adjusted the visibility but nothing is displayed on mobile.

2 / We want to use style 10 for the desktop screen and style 8 for mobiles. Is it possible ?

3 / In the theme options, the Header part has disappeared. Is this normal? We wanted to apply fullscreen mode. It was not possible.

Can you help us, it's urgent, thank you!

I believe you're referring to the Theme Customizer.

It's because you are using global header in WP Admin > Divi > Theme Builder. You will need to delete the global header from Divi Theme Builder.

As for our plugin custom header, make sure you select it in Theme Customizer, as per new installation guide step 4 to 6: https://divi.help/threads/new-installation-guide.347/
Once you removed the Divi Theme Builder global header, you should now see the default Divi mobile header. And you choose the mobile menu to be fullscreen / slide in: https://divi.help/threads/for-mobile-menu-how-to-show-slide-in-or-fullscreen-menu.646/
If the above fixes all your issue, then you can ignore the information below.

For normal section, the visibility option will work well. But for the visibility option on the sticky sections, the sticky sections will be hidden in mobile by default. But you can make it shown with few CSS Classes. Here's the documentation on the sticky feature: https://divi.help/threads/sticky-feature-documentation.2294/

I mean if you have Global Header set in the Divi Theme Builder, then you will need to remove the Global Header. See screenshot below:

You shouldn't set the Global Header as hidden. You should turn it back on as per the screenshot below:

you can see in desktop then in responsive.... the menu is not showinn at all

the first menu in the top is the divi bulder menu based on imported section of Du menu then the second menu at the bottom is the default one so both of them are not displayed in responsive

The problem is that if you choose to hide the default Global Header, then the default Divi mobile menu will be hidden as well. And so, you can't have the slide in / fullscreen menu in mobile.

And our custom header is meant to be used with our Theme Customizer settings, not Divi Theme Builder. If you use it with Divi Theme Builder, then you can't use Divi default slide in / fullscreen mobile menu.

And you will need to build your own mobile menu using Divi Builder. And Divi Builder only supports the default dropdown mobile menu.

For that case, you should know about the sticky documentation:

For normal section, the visibility option will work well. But for the visibility option on the sticky sections, the sticky sections will be hidden in mobile by default. But you can make it shown with few CSS Classes. Here's the documentation on the sticky feature: https://divi.help/threads/sticky-feature-documentation.2294/
