    Hey guys...
I recently migrated a site over to Google Cloud, and I probably used the wrong kind of duplication tool, because it cause a huge problem wherein' the file paths were from the old server, and it took me forever to figure out that was the issue.

So, once I corrected the media uploads file path, I was able to upload xml and .json files, but whenever I upload the .json file, it doesn't import things properly.
I'm working with Plesk support to try and resolve the issue, and they've been very helpful and accommodating, but I figured it was time I touch base, here, and see what you guys can tell me.

Here is a video, discussing the issue:

    Thanks for your help! :)

Yes, thank you, but that still doesn't explain why none of the changes I'm making are working.
Did you watch the whole video?

Whenever I make changes, back there, they either don't work, at all, or they are extremely glitched and ugly in their application.
This only started happening AFTER I tried uploading that .json file.

    Any tips?
    Thanks!

    1. Like you said, after importing .json file, you need to re-save the Theme Customizer settings to make your site looks better. Sometimes, it just happened to be that way.

    2. Try to change the color scheme back to default & some of the color settings like secondary menu background color should work now. See screenshot below:

**Many didn't know that Divi Color Scheme in Theme Customizer will overwrite the site color.

Wow, I could've sworn I had it set to Default...
You were right... that's exactly what the problem was...

The Header and Footer are still giving me guff...

    1. Kindly refer to this FAQs for the weird-looking custom header: https://divi.help/threads/why-custom-header-style-is-looking-weird-on-the-theme-customizer.327/

    2. By the way, our child theme + assistant plugin already have all the features included. So if you already install our child theme, you don't have to install the standalone header / footer / blog plugin. Those standalone plugins are meant to be used on Divi site that doesn't use our child theme.

    3. As for the footer, our child theme has this design by default. And you can change the color using Theme Customizer -> Footer -> Bottom Bar
**But for the dark social icon section, you need to use CSS to edit it.

    Perfect...
    That's exactly what fixed it.

I dunno why you mentioned needing CSS for Social Icon Customization, though.
I'm pretty sure that it pulls from Divi Theme Options, and I also found this thread, which shows how we can go into the Layouts, and edit the necessary areas through the Divi Builder: https://divi.help/threads/how-to-customize-the-custom-header-footer.329/

In any case, I think I'm finally good-to-go, so thank you for your support.
It has been a tremendous help to me! :)
