Jump and grey before final header/nav loads

    I am having an issue. Using Header Plugin and using header/Nav #5. When the page loads, I get an odd jump action happening. Pieces of the header show up first, not in position, weird greyed over lay, logo small. Then on final load all is good. I have attached screen shots of how it first loads the how it should be looking once page load happens.
