Jumping Header

    Hey there, all you smart folk. I'm running into the dreaded "Jumping Header" issue. I've tried a handful of CSS codes and still seem to be running into a wall. Scoured the web. Looked through a handful of pages on the forums. No luck, so apologies if this question has been answered before.

    I don't think yours is a jumping header issue. It's just the flashing of the un-styled content.

    You may try to set the below options:
