Solved Just purchased - Visual Builder not working

HI there. I just purchased and installed Divi Ultimate and am super excited to use it. However when I tried my first page and go to Visual Builder it doesn't open the builder. I either get a blank page or just the page without being able to edit. The layout loaded fine.

I turned off all my plugins except Ultimate but won't work. Please advise.

 

HI there. I did clear my cache. So here is one of the pages: https://lovesimplelife.staging.wpengine.com/aa-home/. This is what shows up when go to Visual Builder. Just blank. I can see the Divi bubble things that come up as its loading but then blank.

 

And I've tried it on Chrome and Firefox.

 

I chose Divi theme and deactivated Ultimate theme and plugin and visual builder now works. No other plugins are activated.

HI there. I got with my hosting company and they said: define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

The strange thing is I was doing it on a staging site and I tried it on my live site and it appears to be working now. Occasionally it will NOT show the visual builder but then I go out and come back in and it's there. I will continue on and hope it's going to work because I LOVE these themes! I can't believe I didn't discover your themes before.
