Landing Page Blog Display Collapsed

    Our previous web management company created a landing page for us, and they installed a section for blog posts to display. Of late, these have been in a weird collapsed state. We don't currently have a web management or design company, just a hosting company, so it is up to me to manage the site and while I can edit and manage, I don't have a lot of the coding/technical training so I'm not sure what to do or who to contact.

    Here's what the collapsed blog display looks like:

    Here's what it should look like. When I go into the backend, it looks perfectly normal. It's not until I log out of admin that I see the collapsed look:
