    Hello Divi.Help Support,

I am experiencing an issue while trying to activate my Divi.Help Pro license on my WordPress site.

When I go to the Divi.Help Pro License Activation page and click “Log In to Activate Your License”, the activation does not complete and I get the following error message:

Error saving license data: SyntaxError: Unexpected token ‘<’

Installed products shown on the activation page include:

    • Divi Powerful Plugin

    • Divi Ultimate Archive Plugin

    • Divi Ultimate Blog Plugin

    • Divi Ultimate Footer Plugin

    • Divi Ultimate Header Plugin

    • Divi Ultimate Plugin

    • Divi Ultimate Child Theme

From the error message, it seems the plugin may be expecting a JSON response but is receiving HTML instead. This may indicate an AJAX, REST API, server-side PHP, firewall, or caching conflict.

Could you please help me identify:

    1. which request or endpoint is failing during license activation,

    2. whether this is a known issue with the current plugin versions,

    3. whether there are specific server requirements or exclusions needed for activation,

    4. whether a manual license activation method is available.

I can provide screenshot, browser console output, Network response, and WordPress debug log if needed.

    Thank you.

    Best regards,

    Filippo Sica

If current Wordpress login session is expired, then it will result in that error.

Can you try to refresh the page & try again & see if it works?

If still not working, kindly share a temporary admin login for us to troubleshoot further. You may share it at this private message: https://divi.help/conversations/private-message.163831/
