Solved Licensing Question

I see both your Divi Ultimate and Divi Plugins say "Unlimited Site License allows this plugin to be used in unlimited projects for either personal or commercial use. This product cannot be offered for resale on its own nor as a part of a project. Distribution of source files is not permitted. You are also not allowed to include this plugin in your commercial product. In other words, you cannot sell child themes with this plugin. Lifetime updates & basic support included."

Basically my question is, if I purchase Divi Ultimate (child theme) and/or Divi Plugin (Ultimate Header) and if I use them to develop a website for a client, am I permitted to do so? So if I purchase the Unlimited license, can I use the child theme and/or plugin to create websites for my clients. In the end, the Client would then own their website, including the continued use of the child theme and/or plugin. BUT .. the client's would not be allowed to update the child theme or plugin after I turn the site over to them, unless they purchase the plugin or child theme.

Is that correct? Can I use the child theme and plugin to build a site for a client, and then turn over the site (including the child theme and plugin) to the client so they would then own their site?

Please explain.
