    What is the licensing agreement for these child themes? Is there any issue with extending use of these layouts to our clients?

    Basically you are free to design as many websites as you want for your clients using Divi Ultimate child theme.

    But you are not allowed to resell Divi Ultimate as a standalone product in any marketplace.

    By the way, what you mean by: extending use of these layouts to our clients

    We have a unique business model. We offer assisted Divi website builds. This is where the user joins our network and we help them build their own Divi website. Could these layouts be offered as starting points for these assisted build clients?

    Assisted build sounds fine to me.

    As long as
    1. your end user is not Divi web designer.
    2. you didn't sell our child theme as a single product in any Divi marketplace.
