In Divi, when I want to link to another page on my site, do I need to type the link, or is there a way to browse to the target page and select it?

I ask because if there is not a way to browse and select the target page, it means you have to know the exact name of the target page which to me in my inexperience is taking extra steps to look up the name.

    Thank you!

If you're adding a new menu, then you should be able to select the page that you want.

If you're adding a link to a button module for example, then you will need to type it out manually for the URL. Usually, the URL should be one of the links in your menu, so you can easily copy the URL from your menu.

If not, you could go to WP Admin > Pages > All Pages to easily find the URL of your page. See screenshot below:

For some reason I'm continuously having this same issue--linking from a button on one page to another page. I typed in the URL, but when I preview my changes, usually nothing happens. Also, why would I want to create a new menu? Is there a benefit to that? And would it replace the other menu?

Your issue seems to be different from the original poster.

If the changes that you made doesn't show up, then most likely it's just a cache issue. You will want to clear your site cache & browser cache as well & see if it works.
