Load From Library Keeps Loading

    Hello,

    I installed the last version (5.7.2) of WP with the last version of Divi (4.9.4) and I'd like to use Divi with a premade layout but it's stuck at loading page.

    I added suggested settings to the htaccess file about memory and upload size. Deactivated all plugins. Nothing has fixed the problem.

    Could you please help me?

    Have you fulfill the server requirements stated in WP Admin > Divi > Support Center > System Status

    If yes, then you may try to enable Safe Mode & try to see if it works: WP Admin > Divi > Support Center > Safe Mode > Enabled

    If still not working, it's best for you to refer official Divi support about it & see what they say: https://www.elegantthemes.com/members-area/help/
