"Load of global defaults has failed"

Hello!
My Client has an issue with a particular page. When she wants to change/update and save this page, she gets this error: "load of global defaults has failed"
If I log in to the website, I don't have any issues.
I'm thankful for any suggestions. I already suggested clearing the browsers and Wordpress' cache, and using a different browser. Didn't help.
