Load speed slows when I make any changes

    Hello,

    I have been working on my website using divi but am having an issue where every time I make a change to the site, it seems to ruin my load speed.

    The only changes I can remember making are editing alt text/imagine descriptions and updating a plugin but I can't remember which.

    I've run the site through Google page speed insights but I don't really understand it's suggestions.

    Any help diagnosing the problem would be greatly appreciated.

    You may try to use https://gtmetrix.com/ & check the waterfall chart to see which elements loaded slowly.

    You may also try to enable Safe Mode & see if your site load faster (Safe Mode temporarily disabled all your plugins for your session only): WP Admin > Divi > Support Center > Safe Mode > Enabled
