Logo - cant figure out how to make it display properly

Hi everyone,

I am brand new to Divi (I'm usually an Elementor gal) and I didnt develop this website (https://www.simonhawtreywoore.com/) so trying to figure out how it all works together!

The top image above is how this website is looking at the moment and the bottom is the design I need it to match.

I have played around with the Header and & Navigation bars

but if I increase the menu height it displays as below:




Should I try some custom CSS or am I missing something about Divi?

I would really appreciate any help, thank you so much!
