Solved Logo over both primary and secondary nav - how?

    I'd like my logo to sit over my colored primary navigation bar so that the navigation goes right through the center of the logo on either side. Currently, it's like the logo "hangs down" from the top of the main navigation bar, and I want to scoot it up so that it also partially overlaps with the secondary nav.

    This is the site I'm trying to mimic: www.geappliances.com.
