    I understand that the full width sliders is automatically responsive to different media. How do I make my normal slider do the same. (I want the slider to match my website width of 1080).

    Thanks

    Isn't the normal slider responsive as well? Not sure what you want to achieve.

    At the moment my normal slider cuts off the images on both sides and shows it at the same height as on the desktop. on a tablet it's also truncated.

    A thought: my images are identical in size at 1080 wide, but of a non standard height. So they do not conform to a conventional aspect ratio. Might this be the issue?

    I have found the source of the problem: the following CSS has been inserted in the Slide Description:

    width: 100%!important;
    padding: 680px 0 1px 0!important;
    text-align: left;

    This was done to force the image text to the bottom of the image. Clearly this is instructing the system to fix the height.
    So my issue is now how to have a responsive slider AND force the text to the bottom of the image.

    Help appreciated!!

    You can try to use percentage.

    For example, padding: 30% 0 2% 0!important;

    Adjust the percentage to fit your need.
