Mega Menu - Making Parent Links Clickable

Hi there - I'm using one of your Mega Menus & trying to make the parent links clickable. I've tested changing 'false' to 'true' in the code, but it doesn't seem to make a difference (and I'm not sure if this is correct step). I've attached a couple of screenshots.

Ultimately I'm trying to make the parent link clickable and the dropdown arrow on the right of the mobile menu, to show the child links - currently when clicking the parent link it toggles the child links.

This site currently in staging (so unfortunately cannot share a link right now).

Is there any other code I should be adding, or anything else I'm missing?
