Menu Bar Missing

    I can not find a Menu Bar on any page I have. They are all using the default template and not a blank page. I have spent hours researching this issue and am lost at what to do next.

    It is missing in both desktop and mobile.

    Here is the newest home page I hope to have a menu bar with.
