    Perhaps you have some custom CSS overriding the behaviour. For a quick fix, try the below CSS in Divi > Theme Options > Custom CSS:

    And you will need to change the sticky secondary menu bar color at Theme Customizer > Header & Navigation > Fixed Navigation Settings > Secondary Menu
