Solved Mobile Menu Divi Header

That's the default Divi slide in menu, which doesn't support clicking on the parent links. The fullscreen menu style doesn't support clicking on the parent links as well.

You can either:
1. Add a similar parent menu link in the submenu & set it to be hidden in desktop. If you wish to do this & need guidance, let me know.
2. Or use the default slide down header style, by selecting it in Theme Customizer > Header & Navigation > Header Format > Header Style > Default

As to change the placeholder text manually, you will need some jQuery code to tweak the value.
