    Hi
    Our website site is www.jaguarps.co.uk.
I’m trying to resize the rows in the phone view without affecting the pc and tablet layouts.
I have adjusted the header and text font sizes but the text still exceeds the row sizes and I cannot find a way of resizing the row box to accommodate all the text. I haven’t had any success finding any info on the web on how to do this so I would be grateful if someone could point me in the right direction please.
    Thank you
    Steve

    Hi Steve,

I took a look at the site, but I wasn't seeing the problem - are you able to point to an example affected page / row? If you're able to share a screenshot, that would be very helpful too.

Generally, you can configure most settings in Divi to give them a different value on mobile than on pc and tablet. This post gives an example of doing this on a module setting, but the process is the same for values in the row settings:

If what you want is to have the mobile width of all pages increased (Divi has a default of 80% width on mobile, which can look a bit narrow), this post gives a couple of ways to increase this default width:

I hope that helps, but if you are able to point me to a specific example I'll try to give some more specific advice.

    Thank you for your reply.
I will have a look at the links thank you.
I have just realised as well that the main problem I was having was looking at the effect the adjustments I was making in the editing module and this was suggesting the text was overflowing the row sizing. However as you have said now I look on my mobile it’s ok, this will reach me to check on a mobile/tablet the effect the editing is having. Is this a common issue or is it because I was editing on my tablet?
    Thank you
    Steve

    You're welcome, Steve.

I'm glad you were able to work this out. Yeah, it's a fairly common problem. In theory, the preview in the visual builder and the view on the final page should look the same. However, behind the scenes, the preview of a module and its front-end view actually implemented with two different pieces of code (in two different programming languages), which means that despite best efforts, it is easy for discrepancies to slip in. So I'd take the visual builder as an approximation of what you'll see but, as you've already learned, check the page on the front-end to see what you're actually going to get.
