Modules are invisible until browser window is resized.

I don't know if anyone has come across this before, but there is a section does not load the modules until you resize the browser window.

The Modules will load perfectly in the divi builder, but when visited by someone who is not using the divi builder the modules do not load.

However,

When the user resizes the browser window, then the modules appear and perform the animation that was set (a fade in this case).



I've tried turning off the Animations, moving this section out of the global footer and onto the bottom of the page etc.

Nothing seems to work.
