When I edit one page, it is editing another page as well. What am I doing wrong? I loaded the page from my library...

Perhaps it's because you're using Divi Global modules / section, which the setting bar is Green color. Check this out: https://www.elegantthemes.com/documentation/divi/global-modules/

To unlink those, you just need to Right Click > Disable Global.
