My Company Bought Divi Ultimate in Either 2019 or 2020, but, No Longer has the account info.

    Divi Ultimate Child Theme

    Hello All,

    I work for a company called DME. I had a coworker that left the company in 2021 that built the header and footer of our divi website using divi Universe in 2019 or 2020.

    We are trying to gain access to his account.
    Basically, code was injected to a number of our plugins and themes that has caused a large slowdown.
    To combat this garbage code that was entered into our systems, we're trying to reinstall plugins. (This already helped us clean out our divi theme. This would likely also help us with our divi ultimate plugin.

    We have the email email address of the guy that made the account, but that is about it.

    I have asked around for his corporate credit card#, but, with no luck.
