Solved nearly all styles missing on iPad

    I was in the final stages of proofing my site, and was horrified to see that nearly all styles are wrong on iPad in both Chrome and Safari. And several background images don't show up at all.

    It looks completely fine in responsive mode on my browser/dev tools.

    Any ideas?

    I am scheduled to push this to our live site on Wednesday.
