Need help finalizing a Divi+WPML site layout - Sensible outsourcing suggestions?

Hello,

I am redesigning a personal, noncommercial and rather big multilingual (via WPML) Divi-based website, and I am encountering a series of big and small problems I need outside help with.

While the site is technically simple, having multiple languages introduces layout issues and it is the probable cause of some odd module behavior (for example: I have two identical image sliders side by side, but only one of them renders correctly while the other doesn't save any internal edits).

Instead of posting a list of specific problems that official Divi/WPML support doesn't seem interested in solving, I would like to find someone experienced in this combination who I can remotely work together with to address the various issue.

I tried a quick search, and I only found two categories of "help":
- Fly-by-night freelancers who can't go beyond applying a premade layout
- Big outfits with impossibly high fees for what probably is a quickly-solvable thing for a true expert

Can anyone suggest a reliable and sensible resource I could possibly hire, please?
