Need Help Removing Background Image From Header/Nav Bar

    Hello Everyone,

    I have taken over managing a site that I didn't build and haven't been able to figure out how to remove the background image from the header.

    There is no additional CSS in the Theme Customizer section and I am not sure where the code is coming from.
