Need help working out an issue with tables

    Hi everyone, i'm sure this is a common sense question for someone but i've been searching the internet for the past couple of hours without any luck.

    I'm trying to replicate the image given in the post, basically a table with a button that when pressed opens a drop down (box I guess?) where I can fill in more details.

    Need it to be a table ideally as I have a few rows that need this. Have found plenty of plug ins and short bits of code to create buttons that link to other pages, etc but nothing that activates a drop down.

    Any help would be really appreciated with this.
