    Where or when do i get the links to download the package?

    You just need to hover over your account name at top right & click Your Purchases. See screenshot below:

    You will then see the list of products that you purchased. Click on any of the products to link directly to the product forum.
    **Alternatively, you can just click on the product link at the top menu.

    Then in each product forum that you purchased, you will see a section called Download Divi Ultimate Header Plugin for example. See screenshot below:

    Basically, everything is in the respective product forums: Downloads, support forum, documentation, FAQs, etc.
