No mobile menu

**And you will need to remove the Divi Theme Builder custom header.

If you wish to use Divi Theme Builder instead, then you should use Divi Block for the premade header design.

**But the mobile menu will still be the same, as we're using the default Divi mobile menu so that you can have slide in / fullscreen menu on mobile.

If you wish to use Divi Ultimate Header Plugin design on Divi Theme Builder, as per what you have right now, then you will need to show your own Divi builder mobile menu.

And you did mention that removing free-sticky CSS Class will show the mobile menu section. That's because be default we hide the sticky section on mobile. If you wish to retain the sticky feature on desktop, but still show the mobile menu section, then you just need to replace free-sticky with free-sticky free-sticky-mobile-show free-sticky-mobile-disable

Lastly, you did mention that only MENU text appear, but not the hamburger menu. It's because the hamburger menu is white in color, thus you can't see it on the screen.

It seems like the hamburger color is being overridden by some other plugins or your custom CSS. You may first try to set the hamburger color in the menu module settings & see if it works. If it doesn't work, then you may check your Theme Customizer for any third party plugin options for hamburger menu color.

Also note that the MENU text is also coming from third party plugins or your custom CSS, as default Divi doesn't have that feature.

If you just need a quick CSS to hide the MENU text & change the hamburger menu color, then try the below CSS in Divi > Theme Options > Custom CSS:

I also noticed that your other plugin or your custom CSS is adding a close button for the hamburger menu, but there's some missing code causing wrong icon showed. To fix it, try the below CSS:

Though if you're planning to use Divi Theme Builder, we will still highly recommend you to use Divi Block instead.

Definitely. You can mix & match the Header & Navigation blocks with Menu Effects, Submenu Styling, Mobile Menu & Mega Menu. And export all in one go, which can then be imported to your Divi Theme Builder.
