not receiving all the answers in my contact formular

    Hi,
    I have create a CV formular with divi contact formular.
    I work at a recruitment, who recruits doctors to Denmark, and as a help we wanted to create af CV-formular, that the doctors can fill out - it is a huge help for us, but now I am having some problems with receiving all the informations, when I am testing it.

    Does anyone know, why I am not receiving them?

    Maybe this is what you need? In the contact form module, there is a setting for message pattern, where you need to key in all your form variables.

    Here you can define the custom pattern for the email Message. Fields should be included in following format – %%field_id%%. For example if you want to include the field with id = phone and field with id = message, then you can use the following pattern: My message is %%message%% and phone number is %%phone%%.
