Due to the nature of the product, refund is not possible. Only special case where there’s a bug in our product & we can’t solve it, then only we will make the refund.

By the way, we are preparing for major version 2.0, which will be released around end of October / early of September.

New features: Regular menu module, new premade header designs, different custom header on per page basis.

 

As seen on our demo pages, we didn’t have any premade styles for vertical menu: https://header.diviultimate.com/

We might consider that for future releases.

**To achieve vertical menu, to make it stick on the side is pretty easy with some css. The only problem is the menu module. The normal menu module might not work well for this case. Unless you just use text module to insert the individual menu links (without dropdown).

 

Our plugin works as described & there’s no bug in our product.

Because plugin / child theme is a digital product, and so all the popular Divi markets out there are not offering refund as well, unless the product is faulty & can't be solved by the developer.
