Padding between Main body/container and menu bar adjust

The padding between the main body and the menu bar is MASSIVE. Does anyone know why that is? and how can I change it? Applies to desktop/laptop only, possibly tablet. Mobile is fine.

I've tried changing the CSS, must not be correct though as it hasn't worked. Click the link and check it out yourself, let it load and the main body just disappears, you have to scroll before you see anything!! I've also attached a screenshot.

Any help would be great, ive spent hours trying to resolve it but its now got the better of me. Please reply in a fairly simple form, I am very new to all this so the abbreviations, code etc really confuses me haha!!!

Well that's interesting but good I guess. I have just tried it on my mothers desktop and it's fine too. It must just be on both my laptops whilst I'm logged in as the admin. Do you know why that may be?
