Page scrolling issue with footer

    I can't for the life of me figure out why this is happening....Please see https://www.kibsd.org/peterson/food-services/
    I am using DIivi 5. The page was fine after the big update, but once I try to work on an individual page, things go wonky. This is happening after updating the page. I even tried deleting it and redoing it, but I still got the same problem.
