Super weird issue! If wordfence is active and I open any DU Header or Footer to edit, it shows all the correct boxes and such but if I try to open a box to edit it, it then opens a new window and resets all the content to one blank section and saves it. This leaves 2 windows open and if I try to close the newest window and return to save the prior view, it shows a failed error. Running WP 5.3, DU 8.0.0 and Divi 4.0.6

This is a conflict between Divi Library & Wordfence. Not our plugin.

But you can try the below:

After opening the custom header style in Divi Library, straight away click to edit it in frontend / Visual Builder. And in the Visual Builder, try to go around clicking open module settings, etc & see if there's any popup from Wordfence to whitelist the action. If no Wordfence popup, then try to refresh the Visual Builder page & test again.

Previously there's a member having such issue & going to the Visual Builder somehow will show Wordfence whitelist popup. Hope that it works for your case too. If not, you will need to contact official Divi support about it: https://www.elegantthemes.com/members-area/help/
