    I've purchased and installed the Ultimate Blog plugin and it doesn't work. I have turned off all other plugins to see if there was a conflict and it still doesn't work. Please help me identify what I may be doing wrong.

    Have you enabled this option: Theme Customizer -> Divi Ultimate Blog Post -> Blog Main Settings -> Enable Divi Ultimate Blog Design

    If yes, then make sure that you are not using any custom template for posts in WP Admin > Divi > Theme Builder

    Let me know how it goes.

    So...I've figured out that 'gradient' refers to the overlay and if the featured image is hidden then the header is just a solid colour. But, can the gradient overlay colour be altered?

    And, related posts won't load onto the page. :(

    Yup. The gradient is referring to the overlay on the featured image.

    Here's the CSS for the gradient overlay:
    Code:
    .free-blog-post-header-custom #main-content.free-du-blog-1 .free-blog-post-header-featured-overlay-gradient.free-background-overlay:before {
        background: linear-gradient(to bottom, rgba(255,255,255,0) 0%,rgba(250,250,250,0) 1%, rgba(0,0,0,0.51) 78%, rgba(0,0,0,0.8) 100%)!important;
    }
    Paste it in Divi > Theme Options > Custom CSS & tweak the color to fit your need.
    Related post will only show up if you have other posts within the same category. Try to add new posts with the same category & see if it works.
