Poor Scrolling To Anchors

    On https://graythanregulatoryservices.com/, everything under the SERVICES menu is an anchor / bookmark. Clicking an item is not nice, it jumps down, then up. Enabling smooth scrolling in the Divi options usually fixes this. Not seen it in a few years. If I wait will maybe caching clear and it'll be OK or do I need some CSS? Thanks!

    While I'm here, is there any code, when you're on the services page, that everything on the services menu underneath isn't highlighted since they're all on the same page? Thanks.

    This can't be fixed with CSS, as it's a jQuery issue. It's best for you to refer official Divi support & see what they say: https://www.elegantthemes.com/members-area/help/
