Premade layouts not loading

    Has anyone experience this before. The Divi premade layouts won't load. I have spent 24 hours achieving nothing. It simply keep spinning in unless loop.
    I have followed various recommendations but still. I am using a locally installed xampp with PHP 7.3.3, chrome browser.

    Help!!!

    Not sure about local environment. But make sure that you follow the recommended settings at Divi > Support Center
