    Hello everyone,
I've been using DIVI for a while, and recently a problem appeared. When I try to modify an existing image, I manage to delete it, but I can't add a new one. I click on the “+” and nothing happens... the window that usually opens to upload images no longer opens... Nothing responds. Its the same when I try to delete it and add a new section with a new image... The window allowing me to select the images I want doesn't open
If you have any clues, I'd love to hear from you :)
Thanks in advance and have a nice day :D

    Hey jcem25,

It sounds like you might be running into a JavaScript issue in the Divi Builder. Here's a couple of steps you can try:
    1. Check for JavaScript Errors: Open your website, try to add an image, and then check the JavaScript console for any errors. You can do this by right-clicking on the page, selecting "Inspect", and then going to the "Console" tab. Any errors listed there could give clues as to what's going wrong.
    2. Contact Divi Support: If the console doesn’t provide a clear path forward, it might be good to reach out to Elegant Themes Support. They could offer more specific guidance or indicate if it’s a known issue with a ready solution. https://www.elegantthemes.com/contact/
    3. Temporary Workaround: While sorting this out, you could use the Divi Copy and Paste plugin I developed. It lets you paste an image directly into a Divi Builder page, creating an image module without needing to use the "+". Find it here: https://divibooster.com/divi-copy-and-paste-paste-images-as-modules/ Please note, it currently only creates image modules - it doesn't yet work for other modules / backgrounds.
Let us know if anything comes up in the console - we may be able to help interpret any error messages you find.
