Problem with loading pc elements on mobile

    Hello everyone on website: www.rcvideo.cz i have a problem.... Everytime when i visit site on mobile it will load awfull pc header (wich is hide!) and then turn on mobile menu than... Its so disctracting.... Even in first row its load backround video wich is only for pc version.... because of that the page speed score on mobile is damn bad.... Please i have a question is there any possibility to turn of loading pc elements on mobile ? Thanks a lot
