product_carousel error

    Hi everyone!

    I have one question about problem with product carousel (Divi):

    [dgpc_product_carousel type=”featured” item_spacing=”12″ arrow_nav=”on” equal_height=”on” content_spacing=”||||false|false” _builder_version=”4.17.6″ _module_preset=”default” locked=”off” global_colors_info=”{}”][/dgpc_product_carousel]

    What could be the cause of this problem? I would like to add that before updating all plugins, the problem did not occur.

    If you are seeing that shortcode in the page, where you'd expect to see your product carousel, it would suggest the product carousel has been deactivated or has in some way stopped working. From the shortcode, I'm guessing this is the plugin in question:

    https://www.divigear.com/plugins/product-carousel-module/

    I'd first check your plugins page to ensure the plugin is actually active. If it is, clear your caches to flush out any old stored pages. If that doesn't help, it might be best to get in touch with the Divi Gear team to see if it's an issue they are aware of.
